Second-award in a national competition, this design proposal sought to introduce more urban densities into a wooded suburban plateau surrounded by single family dwellings and low-density apartment buildings.
Deploying an urban row-house prototype along narrow pedestrian lanes just wide enough to maneuver cars into garages, the planning sought to maximize social and green space while still achieving remarkably high density.
